Terms of Use
Effective date: February 8, 2026
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of DoodleDream Coloring. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We wrote this document for clarity, but it remains a legal agreement between you and DoodleDream Coloring regarding website usage, purchases, generated content, and platform conduct.
1. Eligibility and Responsible Use
You may use DoodleDream only if you can form a binding agreement under applicable law. Adults should supervise children when using online tools. You agree to use the service for lawful, family-safe, educational, and creative purposes. You must not use the service to generate harmful, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful content.
2. Service Description
DoodleDream provides a web-based generator for creating personalized coloring pages, downloading PDF books, coloring pages in browser, and sharing finished artwork via links. Feature behavior can evolve over time as we improve quality and safety. Usage examples and planning guidance are available on how the coloring book generator works, and visual references are available in kids coloring page gallery examples.
3. Pricing, Payments, and Credits
Credit packs are sold at publicly displayed prices. At the time of this policy, visible offerings are shown on pricing for AI coloring books and include a $1.99 pack and a $7.99 pack. By purchasing, you authorize payment processing through our checkout provider. You are responsible for ensuring payment details are valid and authorized.
Credits represent service access value and are used when generating books. Credits do not represent stored monetary value, bank accounts, or transferable financial instruments. We may correct obvious pricing or processing errors and reserve the right to decline transactions that appear fraudulent or abusive.
4. Acceptable Use Rules
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
- Do not interfere with service availability, including automated abuse or denial attempts.
- Do not use generated pages in ways that violate law, rights of others, or child safety expectations.
- Do not misrepresent ownership of the DoodleDream platform or brand assets.
- Do not upload malicious code, scripts, or payloads.
We may suspend or restrict access if activity violates these rules or presents operational risk.
5. Content Rights and License Scope
You retain rights in the prompts and original material you provide, subject to applicable law. DoodleDream grants you a license to use generated pages for personal, educational, and internal activity purposes. Commercial redistribution rights, if any, may require additional permissions. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and downstream usage comply with law.
We retain all rights in platform code, branding, interface design, and service logic. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of DoodleDream intellectual property to users.
6. Availability, Changes, and Limits
We work to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance, third-party outages, model limitations, and network conditions may affect performance. We may add, remove, or adjust features to improve quality, safety, and operational stability.
In some cases, generated output may vary in style or quality even with similar prompts. This variability is part of AI-assisted creation and does not by itself indicate platform failure.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are prohibited. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before distribution to children or third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DoodleDream is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from service use. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the service is limited to amounts paid by you for the applicable transaction giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, security risks, legal violations, or repeated violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Certain provisions, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limitations, survive termination.
10. Governing Law and Updates
These terms are governed by applicable law as determined by our operating jurisdiction and required legal framework. If any section is found unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in force. We may update these terms as features and legal requirements evolve. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
